on Chabad’s Adult Education
Torah study on Mondays has not only educated my mind, it has elevated my soul, enriched my life and given me a deepened sense of faith. I feel part of a wonderful community that I am proud of. I have an amazing mentor and have made some lovely friends. Never would I have imagined how much knowledge and joy I would receive from attending the Monday morning Weekly Women’s Roundtable.

on Preschool of the Arts
We’re delighted with Preschool of the Arts—a warm, nurturing environment in which our son is learning through play, music, yoga and art while beginning to understand the stories and traditions of Judaism. We’ve seen steady growth with his communication, social and reasoning skills; undoubtedly due to his responsive teachers and staff and their genuine care for his wellbeing and education. The difference between the experience here and other places we’ve been privy to is both remarkable and palpable.

on Chabad Hebrew School
When we moved back to the area three years ago, we knew that by choosing Chabad Hebrew School, our daughter would receive the best and most authentic Jewish education. They have a way of engaging the children and making it fun to learn. We love how they involve the whole family in every holiday. Our daughter looks forward to Hebrew school every week and is excited to share with us all that she has learned.

on Hand in Hand
Each week without fail, a group of four teenagers come to our home, two exceptionally dedicated friends for each of our children. Hannah and Connor lived in a very lonely world, day-in and day-out… they now have a life filled with lots of fun and real friends. And because of the Sunday Circle, Tom and I get some time alone to talk peacefully and uninterrupted. (This is something very rare in our world as parents of 2 autistic children.) We literally don’t know what we would do without Hand-in-Hand!

on Chabad at Monmouth University
Chabad is my home away from home. Friday night dinners, classes and special events are open, warm and welcoming. Participants experience the joy of Judaism. Coming from a non-religious home, with no knowledge, Chabad made it possible to start my Jewish journey. Rabbi Yaakov & Rivki helped me not only learn about my Jewish faith but develop a strong Jewish identity. I am forever grateful.

on Chabad’s Synagogue Services
Growing up with a conservative affiliation, I never would have imagined I would be a regular at a place like Chabad. I found out very shortly after arriving how warm and welcoming the rabbis and congregants are. Additionally, I discovered how meaningful, timeless and applicable the prayers, studies and traditions are to my everyday life. Only in hindsight can I see how much I needed the spiritual nourishment that the Chabad provides. My family is extremely grateful to Chabad of the Shore and the Rebbe’s vision for igniting and fueling our Jewish passion, pride and education. It has enhanced countless aspects of our lives.
